COUPAR: A Company Built to Work Remotely

As we hunker down and begin to brave the COVID-19 storm, we are all adjusting to a new normal. Those of us who are fortunate enough to continue to conduct business from our homes can acknowledge that there will be hiccups, but ultimately workflow can remain the same. The design industry is undoubtedly changing by the day, like many others, but it’s crucial not to panic. As a consulting agency, COUPAR is here to assist you in evaluating what your firm needs in this current climate and how to move forward.

Krista Coupar founded COUPAR in 2007 at the start of the Great Recession.  With forethought, Krista built the company to endure any situation and seeks to be of service to designers during the ebbs and flows of their businesses. Our highly experienced team provides Studio, Marketing, and Leadership support, as needed. Most importantly, we’ve been doing this work remotely with designers, architects, and builders since our inception.

With the economic uncertainty that lies ahead, it may seem unappealing to run a design firm out of your home. That’s how we can step in and provide you with an entire Studio team ready to assist with any type or size of project. We have grown design businesses over the past thirteen years through our team members working remotely, yet jointly with a principal designer.

During times of flux, strengthening and fine-tuning your brand is critical. COUPAR’S Marketing team can tailor a marketing and PR package for you that feels most appropriate. Our intimate knowledge of the industry and its current state allows us to assess where to allocate your time and money. To chart a bus dev course for your company, our Leadership team offers critical thinking and practical planning.
